One of the best things about going to holiday is trying local food and wine. So, if passing through Slunj, join us in restaurant Pod rastočkim krovom these weekend and taste our local food and wine from Slunj.
To start ask for a white Manzoni wine with „proja“ and homemade trout paté. As a main dish choose from slow cooker wild boar stew with polenta matched to red Cuvée Slunj and grilled trout with potatoes matched to Chardonnay. And to finish off try our strudel with apple but the strudel is better matched to a cup of coffee.
Where possible our ingredients are locally sourced – much of herbs is grown within our kitchen garden.
